The Recycling Company UK Ltd. has acquired Greenwood Services Ltd.

With effect from 28^th February 2008, Greenwood Services will be managed and operated by The Recycling Company UK Ltd. The recycling element of Greenwood Services Ltd will be integrated into that of The Recycling Company UK Ltd. The tanker division will continue to trade under the Greenwood name, as a subsidiary of The Recycling Company, which is part of MEDSA GROUP.

We would like to ensure all existing customers that service will continue as normal.

This is an exciting development for the recycling industry in Wales and will offer a fantastic opportunity for new
and existing customers to really play a part in helping the environment and reducing waste in Wales.
